Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VIBE: AI Video Generator app and the website sora-video.app (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Rocket Digital Limited ("we", "us").

1. Acceptance

By installing or using VIBE, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have parental consent.

3. The Service

VIBE is an AI video generator app that produces AI-generated videos from text prompts and images using third-party AI models including (without limitation) Sora 2, Google Veo 3.1, Kling, Seedance, WAN, Hailuo, LTX, PixVerse, Luma Ray, Vidu and Grok Imagine. Model availability, pricing and quality may change at any time.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features are billed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our third-party processor RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your platform settings. Refunds follow Apple/Google policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use VIBE to:

  • Generate non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving minors
  • Impersonate real people in deceptive or harmful ways
  • Create disinformation, deepfakes for fraud, hate speech or harassment
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, publicity or other rights
  • Violate applicable laws or third-party platform rules
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service

6. Content Ownership

You retain rights to prompts and images you upload. Subject to the underlying AI model providers' terms, you may use the AI videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and outputs comply with law.

7. Third-Party Models

VIBE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or owned by OpenAI, Google, Kuaishou, ByteDance, Alibaba, MiniMax, Luma, xAI, Lightricks, or any other model provider. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of their models inside VIBE is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected. You use it at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
